SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Semi private training provides individual attention for those who prefer working alone with a trainer and not in a group setting. You may be coming off an injury or need to focus on something in particular, Semi private training will provide you with just that. Whether you want to work on speed, power, conditioning or flexibility, but prefer to do it alone, this is right for you. With the right mindset and right training from E.S.S.A you will become a stronger athlete and will prevail in your sport.
PERFORMANCE TRAINING CLASS
E.S.S.A Performance Classes
Tier 1: (E.S.S.A ROOKIE performance)
This class is designed for the athlete ages ranging from 7-11 grades 3-5 years old. This rookie class is designed specifically for ages 7-11. This class will create the foundation of coordination and athleticism. We want you to understand the purpose of training and how to train. Also build confidence through proper training, running mechanics, and body weight strength training.
Tier 2: (E.S.S.A Advance Performance)
This class is for the elite athlete ages ranging from 12-14. (grades 6-8) SPEED, AGILITY, STRENGTH, AND CONDITIOING This program is to help develop the ages 12-14, to continue to improve the athletic movement with increased emphasis of power and speed, in addition to your ability to perform. Weightlifting will have to be consistent and in addition to age appropriate and overall movement quality.
Tier 3: (E.S.S.A PRO Performance class)
This is program is designed for the high school athletes ages 15-18, the advanced program continues the focus on the development of the high-level power and strength by introducing Olympic lifts. Always remember technique first weight second and proper form. With the speed and agility program stressing the techniques and focusing on the imperative to optimal speed and agility development with the conditioning being sports specific. This program mimics a college strength and conditioning program that will develop the higher power athlete and train as a division 1 athlete does.
E.S.S.A WARRIOR WOMAN CLASS
Warrior woman training is not your typical workout for women. This class is for all you super moms and women ready for an intense workout … just for you. Don’t be intimidated by the word “intense” – all exercises can be modified to build strength as well as confidence to get you training like the athletes. All women are welcome! Remember, you are a WARRIOR WOMAN!

A great way to spend your off-season getting ready for what is next and train as a team. We train with the belief, “1 Team. 1 Sound. 1 Heartbeat.” Winning every rep is the first step toward taking you and your team to winning every game. With every off-season comes a greater in-season for all sports. Your teammates’ hard work and dedication is all it takes to become stronger as a whole. We’ve proven it time and time again. Scheduled sessions limited to members of the registered team.
