One-on-one training provides individual attention for those who prefer working alone with a trainer and not in a group setting. You may be coming off an injury or need to focus on something in particular, one-on-one training will provide you with just that. Whether you want to work on speed, power, conditioning or flexibility, but prefer to do it alone, this is right for you. With the right mindset and right training from E.S.S.A you will become a stronger athlete and will prevail in your sport.
GROUP TRAINING CLASS
Group training is a great way to get that competitive edge by training next to your teammates. Develop good sportsmanship by pushing one another to the limit.
This class focuses on proper running mechanics, taking your on-field movements and incorporating them into your performance training for athletes. Ages from 13 and up.
Our speed and agility program helps athletes increase their acceleration, top speed, enhance coordination, and develop fundamental speed skills to help athletes perform at a high level.
With this program we simulate game-like movements according to your sport, ultimately evaluating your overall athletic and sport-specific performance. All athletes will gain an understanding of speed and agility training and its importance through multi-directional drills.
The E.S.S.A Strength & Conditioning program is designed to help increase the athlete’s performance on the playing field. This program is for elite athletes, high school and collegiate individuals, and organizations with the same mindset used in training the professional athlete.
This program also includes nutrition and regeneration programs to help the athletes stay healthy and increase their performance. We educate the athlete on how decisions off the field can affect their performance on the field.
Athletes can either work in small groups or one-on-one with coaches who are certified to make sure technique is done properly.
- Speed – running mechanics and multi-directional drills
- Power – plyometrics
- Conditioning – proper conditioning to build endurance in the muscle
- Flexibility – Increasing joint mobility, strength in the muscle to prevent injury and durability
- 10, 20, 40 yard dash
- Pro agility shuttle
- Broad jump
- 200 yard shuttle
- FMS-identifies areas of weakness and develop corrective strategies
- Core/ flexibility
E.S.S.A WARRIOR WOMAN CLASS
Warrior woman training is not your typical workout for women. This class is for all you super moms and women ready for an intense workout … just for you. Don’t be intimidated by the word “intense” – all exercises can be modified to build strength as well as confidence to get you training like the athletes. All women are welcome! Remember, you are a WARRIOR WOMAN!
A great way to spend your off-season getting ready for what is next and train as a team. We train with the belief, “1 Team. 1 Sound. 1 Heartbeat.” Winning every rep is the first step toward taking you and your team to winning every game. With every off-season comes a greater in-season for all sports. Your teammates’ hard work and dedication is all it takes to become stronger as a whole. We’ve proven it time and time again.
Scheduled sessions limited to members of the registered team.
- Available for 6, 8, or 10 weeks.
- 15+ athletes = $10/player/week; Fewer than 15 athletes = $15/player/week
- All fees must be paid up front.
